Jan 2026 - Present
I’m currently working as a software engineer for Thomas Electronics, an electronics company specializing in high-voltage power supplies and cathode ray tubes (CRTs). Software Engineer at Jaeger Lumber and Supply Co.
May 2023 - Jan 2026
My first co-op was for Jaeger Lumber, one of New Jersey’s largest hardware retailers. After my co-op ended, I continued my work there full-time whenever I was away from university. As a software engineer, I found myself working on their database to maintain and utilize company data through the use of Microsoft SQL Server and Bistrack. I was responsible for creating dashboards to track sales, customers, and employees through the use of Epicor’s API and proprietary React applications. My work was instrumental in provding useful data analytics to the company.
Software QA Co-op at Rochester Software Associates
Jan 2024 - Aug 2024
My second co-op was for Rochester Software Associates, a print software company based in Rochester, NY. QDirect, a print output management software, had a release scheduled for that summer, so I was responsible for a majority of the QA work for that version. Using Selenium, I refactored old Python automated tests into Java and created brand new tests for features that did not have automation. I also conducted regression and automation testing before release, and helped work on the QA team’s custom dashboard built in PHP.
